The thrift store sweater turned into a bag is finally finished. It turned out about as tall as I expected, but much wider than expected.
This is Whipper modeling the felted bag. Next, she’s modeling the unfelted bag.
This thing holds way more than I can comfortable tote around, so back to the drawing board! This bag has turned out so big I might see if I can turn it into a bed for Whipper.
Tonight’s dinner was some kind of frozen noodle thing. I asked Whipper if she wanted some of the left over noodles——-
I took that for a YES!!
I love to swing the noodles around her snout, and make her work for them. Here she is mid-chomp!
She was quite out of breath and panting after all this, but seemed very satisfied wth the noodles.
Quick Update
Saturday, December 16th, 2006I haven’t posted because I’m busy trying to finish stuff for Christmas. I’ve got more stuff in progress than I’ve got fingers. Pictures at a later date – I promise!
What I did on my Summer Vacation
Tuesday, August 15th, 2006I went to “Stamp Camp” at Darla’s house!
These pictures just don’t do the cards justice.
I had a blast, folding, stamping, glueing, and glittering! Thanks Darla!

Snuggle in Progress…and Magic!!!
Sunday, October 30th, 2005Here’s what I’m knitting on today.
I was unpacking yet another box yesterday, and found 3 balls of left-over bulky acrylic, so I decided to make it a snuggle. Snuggles are security blankets for animal shelter residents. Go here to find out more about snuggles. Look about half-way down, on the left, for a link “Snuggle Project” and click on it.
Not much else happening at the moment. A nice quiet Sunday. Except – TODAY is that one magic day a year, when time goes backward for an hour – and I get an extra hour to knit
