Finished at last! I used US size 7 needles, and 3 skeins of Mer-made yarn from Blackberry Ridge Woolen Mill in their Sierre Madre Colorway. Mer-made is “Merino made washable”, it’s worsted weight, and it is wonderfully soft and silky to work with, and beautiful to look at. I’ll definitely keep it in mind for future projects. Here’s a close-up.
