Scallop Shell Purse
The pattern for this amulet bag is available from Sewunique I have the first half done.
I also have the beads strung on the thread for the second half, so I’m ready to start knitting on that part of the bag.
The thread I’m using is some size 10 crochet cotton left over from another project. The size 11/0 beads I got from Ellen at Earthfaire. They are silver lined sapphire, they come in 20 gram bottles, and I got 2 bottles. I had a couple dozen beads left from the first bottle, when I finished the first half of the bag, so I’m pretty sure I have enough for the second half.
